First and foremost, pretty confident Chaptu is messing with me by making me President :)

With that being said, please also welcome my First Lady Chapalicious. He promises to play terrible music and dance until the sun comes up. Please send him messages with songs you want him to get down to. I promise he will enjoy it :)

Regardless, SVS is tomorrow. Here are the current assignments:

MELT: Capital PLSH: Turret 1 AATA: Turret 2 BOAR: Turret 3

Mud: NLS, LGD1, IWLL, KAYI, UPEX, DABO, and SHLD should have assigned spaces in the mud.

Alliance leaders, please share your alliance's assigned mud locations with your members. Members: If you have questions or need clarification on your location, please reach out to your alliance leadership.

Apparently, they are boycotting SVS and are trying to make it hard for us to open our boxes. So please, do not blow up HQs until SVS officially starts. We want to maximize any points we can. Lets quickly open our boxes and get back to enjoying the rest of the weeked in real life.

NAP 10 remains in effect for the duration of the current President's term.

Please also be reminded that, under Executive Order 2, IAPU retains the authority to review circumstances and determine what action is necessary to preserve the interests and future of the state.

Accordingly, existing rules may be temporarily suspended when circumstances require it, including NAP protections, when such action is determined to be necessary to protect the server's broader interests and secure its future. For the full details, please refer to 395rules.com

Finally, please review the farming rules below.

During Non-SvS Weeks

Wednesday is Purge Day. NAP 10 will be temporarily suspended, and all alliances may be farmed.

Monday and Friday remain regular farming days. Only alliances ranked 11 and below may be farmed.

During SvS Weeks

NAP 10 protections remain in effect. Only alliances ranked 11 and below may be farmed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Farming Schedule

Aside from the two monthly Purge Days:

HQs belonging to alliances ranked 11 and below may be farmed.

Alliances with 70 members or fewer may be farmed every day.

Next week there will not be an SvS, so Wednesday will be Purge Day and NAP 10 will be temporarily suspended.
